I think these two articles are quite reliable. Although the one on About.com doesn't have a specific time, we can still know that it is no more than four years. The author, Ms. Kendra Van Wagner is a writer specializing in psychology, child development and education. She holds a Bachelor's degree of Science in Psychology. Besides, she has already written different topics of papers about psychology. As a result, what she said was quite reliable. Also, what she has written 0n the internet is the function of psychology, so I think it contains almost no bias.
For the second passage, the situation seems the same. Ms Laurie Pawlik-Kienlen, graduated from University of Alberta, in Edmonton, Canada, has a degree in Education and Psychology. She created and maintain four websites. It shows that how professional she is and make her words credible. I'm not sure whether this website has any bias. She seems to introduce her articals and websites to peoples. I don't know whether it can be considered as bias. Also, most of her work is about couples and marriage. She didn't say much about other aspects. So, I think she might only spcializing in how to apply psychology in marriage and relationships between different genders.
